RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you change your mind, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order

Refunds

• Once returned items are received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
